Xantrex DR1524 Modified Sine Wave Inverter

The 1500 continuous watt inverters have plenty of power to run microwave ovens, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, most all hand held power tools and some automatic washers. The DR1524 has a 37 amp charger. The modified sine wave output is 120 VAC but with the optional stacking cable option two units can be connected (just like the SW4024) for 3000 continuous watts of 120/240 VAC power, allowing the pair to operate large 240 volt appliances like deep well pumps as well as typical 120 VAC appliances. These inverters have a fast 16 millisecond transfer time (30 amp relay on all models) from charger to inverter and back so they will not interrupt computers. DR1524: 1500 watts continuous power and 4800 watts of surge capability. 35 amp charger. DC input voltage is 24 volts.
