Modified Sine Wave - 1500 To 3600 Watts

This is our best selling inverter series. The relatively low-cost of these inverter/chargers combined with power and flexibility make them an easy choice for most budgets. The 1500 continuous watt inverters have plenty of power to run microwave ovens, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, most all hand held power tools and some automatic washers. The DR2424 (24VDC) has 2400 continuous watts and 8000 watts of surge capability. The DR2412 (12VDC) has 2400 cont. watts with 6000 watts of surge. The 3624 (24VDC) has over 10,000 watts of surge and 3600 watts continuous!

All DR models are equipped with a powerful three-stage battery charger. The DR1512 has a 75 amp battery charger, the DR1524 a 37 amp charger and the DR2424 & DR3624 a 70 amp charger. The modified sine wave output is 120 VAC but with the optional stacking cable option two units can be connected (just like the SW4024) for 3000 continuous watts of 120/240 VAC power (4800 continuous watts for the DR2424 and 7200 watts for the DR 3624), allowing the pair to operate large 240 volt appliances like deep well pumps as well as typical 120 VAC appliances. These inverters have a fast 16 millisecond transfer time (30 amp relay on all models) from charger to inverter and back so they will not interrupt computers.
