EXCEL is a high capacity three chamber composting toilet. Large insulated Bio-drum gives this unit the capacity to handle virtually any domestic need. Tested by N.S.F. at 4 adults in continuous use.

Spacesaver

SPACESAVER is a standard three chamber composting toilet designed specifically for situations where space is extremely limited. The Spacesaver is fitted with the same kind of high quality turbo fan as other electric units have.

Mobile

MOBILE composting toilets were conceived as mobile units for use in boats and RV's. Available in the standard "Straight-Back" version, pictured above, and with a sloped back, known as "Hull-Shape".

Centrex 1000
CENTREX central composting toilet systems are two piece systems that offer a traditional looking toilet in the bathroom connected to an environmentally friendly central composting unit. Centrex 1000 series are suitable for light to medium seasonal use for up to 5 adults. The CENTREX 2000 series are suitable for medium to heavy seasonal use by up to 7 adults or light residential use by up to 4 adults. The CENTREX 3000 series are designed for continuous operation in heavy cottage use by up to 9 adults, or for residential use up to 6 adults.

Sun-Mar Composting Toilets

Sun-Mar Composting toilets have become the solution of choice for cottages, cabins, or camps; for remote work places; or simply for those who know that recycling waste is the right thing to do!

Wherever there is a poorly working septic system, a "Sun-Mar" can take care of the toilet waste; where there is an outhouse we offer the luxury of an indoor facility; and where there is not toilet at all, a "Sun-Mar" provides the right environmental choice.

The Environmental Solution
"Sun-Mar" composting toilets use the natural processes of decomposition and evaporation to recycle human wastes. They are quick to install, easy to use, and most models require no water supply or sewer lines. Waste entering the toilet is over 90% water content, and this is evaporated, and carried back to the atmosphere through the vent system. The small amount of remaining material is converted to fertilizing soil by natural decomposition. By recycling in this way, NO Septic Systems, NO Holding Tanks, and NO Chemicals are needed to handle toilet wastes.

The Sun-Mar Three Chamber System
A composting toilet system has three separate tasks to perform, each of which requires a separate chamber:

• waste and toilet paper have to be composted quickly and odorlessly;
• finished compost must be safe and easy to handle, and
• liquid must be evaporated.

Self-Contained Composting Toilets Require no plumbing or water connection, and are quick and simple to install Are more suited for winter operation than central units, because it is often easier to keep the bathroom warm Most (especially electric units) can evaporate all liquids, so approvals are not normally required Are available with different capacities.
